Kitsu Nori is about 5 minutes from Zilker — straight up (or down) South Lamar to Suite 200 at 2310. Order ahead for pickup, or have us delivered anywhere in central and south Austin.

The kitchen is Chef Paul Qui's — James Beard winner, Top Chef Season 9, twenty years of handroll thinking finally on its own counter. The food is built to be eaten immediately: handrolls wrapped to order so the nori stays crisp, sauces served tableside, cold tastings rotated weekly with what arrived from the docks.

Delivery: Available to Zilker and the rest of central Austin via our direct delivery partner — fresher than third-party and at a lower price.
Walk-in: The counter is first-come, first-served. Open daily 11 AM – 9 PM (10 PM Fri–Sat).
