Every plate at Kitsu Nori is built to one rule: balance, restraint, and intention. Our sashimiis no exception — short ingredient lists, careful sourcing, and the discipline to leave a dish alone once it's right.
Handrolls are wrapped the moment you order so the nori stays crisp. Sauces are served tableside. Rice is tinted naturally with beet juice. Cold tastings rotate with what arrived from the docks that week.
